How to fix front sensor panel that's become dislodged/unclipped - ajs2020 - 23-09-2020 08:40am

Hi
I unfortunately hit a very large block of polystyrene that below across the dual carriageway, thankfully it was nothing more solid and didn't cause too much damage, but it did dislodge a couple of trims.
I've managed to fix the front mudflap with new trim clips but the front corner parking sensor "honeycomb" panel trim has got pushed in and I've been struggling to pull it back out and seat it back in the clips. There doesn't appear to be any way to get behind this trim to push it, so it does seem a tricky pull operation is needed but I just can't get it to work.
I've attached pictures showing the part in question and how it's become out of place.
Does anyone have any ideas on this or experience of how to fix please?
Thanks in advance.
