Service Intervals - Big G - 23-09-2011 01:56pm Anyone know the service intervals for the Evoque. Assuming its once a year or 'X' amount of miles etc. Also any ideas on the cost of a standard service. Once I know I can apply the standard factor for living in Ireland x2. Thanks. RE: Service Intervals - Spiderman - 23-09-2011 02:07pm I advised this in a previous thread....it's 16,000 miles or 12 months whichever comes sooner. Thanks Spiderman - am relatively new to the forum - apologies. RE: Service Intervals - Spiderman - 23-09-2011 07:07pm No worries, the cost for servicing is similar to the Freelander 2 I am led to believe, your local Dealership should be able to advise on this, but as a guide I was circa £300 for my wife's FL2 first service a month ago... RE: Service Intervals - Evoqess - 24-09-2011 01:41am 300 pounds for a first service. Holy bejingojeezuz!! Are you telling me that this is the price for an oil/oil filter change and performing a list of checks? Please tell me there is something else included. My Audi with Quattro was about 1/2 of that. RE: Service Intervals - Evoqess - 24-09-2011 01:56am Thanks Spiderman. Let me just find the correct emoticon to describe my reaction ........ then This is not a Bugatti Veyron! Mine has a Ford engine! RE: Service Intervals - Spiderman - 24-09-2011 02:26am Yes but it's in a Range Rover and that means LR can charge RR pricing, my FFRR is £4-600 min, so the FL2 & RRE are good value at £300 ish IMHO. I'd hate to see your reaction if you knew what the servicing was on one of my other toys! RE: Service Intervals - Token - 24-09-2011 05:41am I think it's a good price to be honest...I generally expect the A Service to be c.£400 and the B service to be c.£600 Anyone know if the Evoque has an A and B service? Service Intervals - LP - 24-09-2011 06:41am Coming from a MINI where Ive just had 3 years service-cost free motoring (had a free servicing pack chucked in when we bought the car) £300 is a bit pricey but not unexpected.... |
