Checked the build date for mine (5dr SD4 Dynamic) and it's been moved back a week, although they did say some orders have moved back by more than a month. Frankly with a new build like this I don't find this surprising and have been open minded about the delivery day since the deposit went in back in April. I'd prefer to wait while any things like this are sorted out properly, the worst thing LR could do is rush the builds out and risk the quality.

I'm quite aware of that - I don't understand your point - are the xenons being removed from the Jags tooConfused

Philskill - I don't mind waiting an extra couple of weeks for the car I ordered, but the issue is with the possibility of LR changing our orders and removing Xenons, that we are paying extra for.

@wicksy - the laughing face at the end meant it was a joke. If anyone at J does have spare xenons can they pls send them over to LR!

Hi xxxx5, I guess they are offering whether you want to change the order and have the car sooner, or wait? I have Xenon's on my Mazda and they are fantastic and would not be without them ever again.

I think they will be upgradable to normal zenons though im not sure as of yet the cost and process needed to activate them. Adaptive zenons from the wireing diagrams look out of the question as a feasible upgrade.

Sorry. This may explain why some of you guys evoques are delayed.

I contacted my dealer on Thursday as had been informed my SD4 Dynamic Coupe had been brought forward a few weeks to late September delivery (deposited Nov 2010) Have now been told there is a delay on Xenons as LR did not expect the majority to order Prestige and Dynamic models (short sighted if you ask me!) the latest is late Sep build- although my saleman seems very unsure and tells me he will be able to give me an accurate delivery date in the next two weeks.... am hoping this will not add weeks to my delivery Sad
