I noticed that the remote app was updating this morning.
Before the update it worked fine but now has a popup box which obscures the app screen with links to the revised terms and conditions. One slight problem, the button that you have to click to confirm you have read them doesn't work so you are stuck with an app that doesn't work.
Closing it and restarting just results in the same loop being encountered.
Anyone else noticed this, it appears that nobody bothered to test it before release.

Just checked mine - no updates - no problems.

Updated mine, no such problem. I like the new Health menu.
