Retrofitting OEM Satnav - harry2012 - 27-10-2016 08:42am My Evoque being a Pure doesn't have Satnav. If I were to buy an OEM satnav system from a breaker Evoque that had Nav, is it a simple swap of the systems or would it need coding in too? RE: Retrofitting OEM Satnav - PhilSkill - 27-10-2016 08:46am You'd at least need the GPS receiver in the roof, which will undoubtedly have a different Antenna and loom to the non Nav version and yes probably would need coding as the Nav also shows commands on the Dial centre also. RE: Retrofitting OEM Satnav - harry2012 - 27-10-2016 08:49am Mine must have a GPS receiver already though? As I can track the car with the Landrover app (the car knows exactly where it is). Mines a 64 plate if that makes any difference? The other option is the XCar Link system http://www.xcarlink.co.uk/product.php?productid=205&cat=0&page=5 |
