A and B Service work - Valdebraamhaar - 11-08-2016 11:47am Hi, Does anybody here know what work is actually being done when the car goes in for a A or B service. So what points do they check and what is being replaced. Just A or B service is just not clear. I also had an Audi TT an a Yamaha motorcycle, and both service manuals are very clear what work needs doing and what to expect. (Also what can I do myself) Cheers RE: A and B Service work - bee - 11-08-2016 05:05pm (11-08-2016 11:47am)Valdebraamhaar Wrote: Hi, just checked my a service receipt and service sheets, and there is quite an extensive list of things ticked off as checked or replaced. B you get a fuel filter and wheel spigots greased (which I doubt dealers bother to do). Additionally there is brake and clutch fluid at every 3 years The rest is inspect with a few lubrication bits, unless 10 years... RE: A and B Service work - PhilSkill - 12-08-2016 10:56am I reckon if you ever actually did the 10 year service at a dealer, most would need a small mortgage!
