ED, sounds like your dealer doesn't understand the concept of Customer Care!! Maybe you need to explain the simple equation.... Unhappy Customer = No Sales = NO WAGES!!!!!!

I have deleted my original reply as i have just checked my mail and found a reply
SO there is some news after all!!! progress at last woo hoo!
The news is the dealer has had the order call, the order has been placed and i should have a delivery date next week when the factory gets back to work. (this little detail concerns me slightly as i have read that the factory was working overtime over christmas playing catch up, or maybe its just my own paranoia)
