Can you convert Tv/Dvd set up to the dual screen format.

I have the Pure tech pack with Tv/Dvd (no dual screen)

As far as im aware the dual screen is a different screen and from memory. I think my dealers fitted one under warranty and they are a fortune. Ill see what I can come up with once i get the basic other stuff sorted.

What is the best format people have found to play films on the USB stick and ill try it on a test car for you without the tech pack.

I have a dynamic but no TV option & DVD plays whilst stopped.

Can the TV option be added as well as playing on the move as I would be interested.

Also can a dual screen be added or would this require a whole new unit?

The dual screen and outer switches for it are different hardware alltogether as to what is on the non dual screen cars. adding a dual screen is in my opinion an expencive option considering the surcharge etc etc.

Aftermarket TV/Video input is an option though.

I could not test a Pure without the techpack as my dealers didnt have one Sad It seems and I may be wrong that from the Landrover info only card with HDD navigation can play DVD's.

If someone has a pure without navigation can you please try a dvd in the slot.

I'm using the DivX converter on Home Cinema settings, everything I've converted plays from the USB no problem. I've also noticed that the booting and index times are much much quicker than like for like AVI's.
