RE: My Pure Evoque - let the changes begin................ - Evo-king - 05-09-2012 09:15pm Yes. 2nd that rebook, because it would be good to see your car in the metal and compare it to others. That goes for the key fob as well. To remove the waist finisher. You need to undo four 10mm nuts from behind the tailgate. Access to these is on the underside of the tailgate. Remove the large plastic sheet just above the boot handles Locate the 4 nuts & remove. Prize away the holding clips (one on each end). There's one cable plug to remove. The boot switch & number plate lights can easy be removed before going to the body shop. 10mins work RE: My Pure Evoque - let the changes begin................ - Griff449 - 05-09-2012 10:02pm Thanks, guess I best have another look then! RE: My Pure Evoque - let the changes begin................ - Griff449 - 07-09-2012 09:39pm Side steps now fitted Took about half hour to fit RE: My Pure Evoque - let the changes begin................ - Evo-king - 07-09-2012 09:43pm They don't look out of place, on the car. Are they weight bearing or cosmetic? RE: My Pure Evoque - let the changes begin................ - Griff449 - 07-09-2012 09:46pm Nice tight fit seem solid enough. Mainly to make it easier for the kids to clamber in the back but I do think they look well too. These particular ones also have a rubber edging that goes against the body as well. If youre thinking of getting some I can point you in the right direction but you are more than welcome to come have a look at them before if you want |
