No.... not those lol. The upside down U shaped parts of the front & rear bumpers, tailgate finisher, front wing vents & lower door trim inserts are being coloured in Firenze Red then the sump gaurd & rear diffuser trims are being painted in Barolo to blend with the body so the bumpers won't have much unpainted plastic areas! Mudflap set, chrome side tubes & silver roof rails will finish the car. My 20" Style 7's are allready on. Phew!! I couldn't believe anyone in their right mind would buy those decals!! RE: My Barolo Baby Is Born!! - xxxx5 - 21-02-2013 10:46am (21-02-2013 01:55am)The Valeter Wrote: No.... not those lol. Really, is this going look ok? RE: My Barolo Baby Is Born!! - The Valeter - 21-02-2013 11:35am (21-02-2013 10:46am)xxxx5 Wrote: Really, is this going look ok? Everyone I spoke to says yes & the dealer did a colour print out of the car then got a dark red felt tip pen & coloured in those areas & all that have seen it have said stunning. I also asked for honest oppinions & not an oppinion to suit. Initially my salesman questioned it but after doing the drawing he said I like that! The chrome tubes will bring out the black. I was going to have black rails as I had on the Dynamic but again I asked for oppinions & all said the silver as the black ones would be lost with the colour of the car. Ok, I will be interesting to see how it looks, you might start a RRE fashion trend.......then again it might look awful. I am sure you will like it and that's all that counts. Ps - that freelander is parked a bit close to the rear of your car!!!! |
