Yes, your right in suggesting the contrast is not strong enough,but in my opinion,thats why i like it on the silver,and it's why others like it on the even closer matching orkney grey.
For me, they look stealth and rugged,while still being able to see the wheel pattern with some ease.
Only a black or very dark grey will give you the contrast you might be looking for.

Honestly, I don't think this wheel will look nice in all black! But I do like to have stronger contrast.
Still cant decide whether to paint it black or just take the style 7.... Sad

Take the style 7's cs33wa....they are such a desirable looking wheel when seen for real. Thanks for the compliments guys.....i'm loving this car sooo much!!!

Thanks for the suggestion. And sorry about going round and round on this topic. I guess my biggest problem is that I have not seen a real product. Went to dealer a few times, but they didn't have 1 fitted with style 7.
Anyway, the style7 is on my order list! Smile

The wait is killing me....especially seeing all the photos from your guys Crying

3 months to go....counting down...
