I am going to inform them that the work they did last week did not resolve the issue and ask for their response

I'll give them a day or 2 to reply then I think it has to get legal.

Well, It's going in for a fourth time next weekn but I'm not convinced they'll be able to fix it and really don't know how I can start to feel good about handing over £45,000.

I've even recorded the rattles - I'll try and upload it.
