If it gets delayed again i think my head will explode. I boiled mine the other day. (10-01-2012 09:26pm)robbo71 Wrote: Certainly does sound ominous for me too. I have orderd Dynamic SD4 manual with pano roof. Same ordered here. (10-01-2012 09:37pm)THEMACS Wrote: I Hope someone is taking the P*$! I Have a Manual car on order since late June 2011, dealer said last week all on course for 1 March delivery! I am SICK & TIRED of people who ordered WAY WAY Later coming along and saying they have their vehicle blah blah blah!!!! Its absolute B*%£@*Ks!!!!!!!!!!! I feel the same, my gripe is not with the owners but the system, hence my having gone to ground for several days, the whole thing really sucks at the mo. RE: Yet More Delays - RacingSnake - 10-01-2012 10:49pm Whilst we're all pent up and full of energy... I heard back today that I missed the allocation for Jan, (and therefore miss the original March delivery). I am now number '3' on the pool list (was number 27 when ordered) so (technically) am in on the february call for expected April delivery. RE: Yet More Delays - robbo71 - 11-01-2012 03:28pm Spoke to my dealer this morning and they confirmend that there are some delays due to pano roof and manual gearboxes. They also assured me that if you have been given a build date then these delays will not affect you and that most of there orders are coming in on time or slightly earlier. Good news in my book but I have asked conformation for that in an email so I can use it against them for freebies if my order is late. Cheers Chris RE: Yet More Delays - Mike - 11-01-2012 04:47pm Sorry but I was given a build date by Land Rover customer services for the 9th Jan, and it has moved and may move again. The only common thing for the delayed cars is the manual gearbox. Of course it is the view of one dealer from the very marginal markets:. I am orientated to get my car before winter 2012/13. Can't take more stress out of this anymore. RE: Yet More Delays - Mike - 16-01-2012 06:27pm Good news today from Landrover customer services The car has started its build journey |
