RE: Sold my Pure - Craig_d1 - 08-02-2012 12:20am

Can't help with that I'm afraid. Our 5 yrs old would sit in the front on a booster where visibility is good but not possible with our 2 yrs old. He'll be 3 next month but even in a tall isofix carseat he couldn't see out and he complained which made me feel guilty as hell.
Didn't have the problem in the Q5 when we test drove it, as you sit surprisingly high in it. Only problem is that it doesn't look like the Evoque.
If you really concerned, I'd see if you could take an Evoque out for a long test drive for a couple of hours with you and the kids, and see how they get on

Think they getting a bit more relaxed. Was in my dealer 2 weeks ago and they let a guy drive off in a coupe by himself. Told him to bring it back at the end of the day. Maybe demand is finally softening a little, so dealers are doing more to entice prospective buyers.

Hi Craig, I really hope that your heart wins the day!!! Demand is still strong - for the 5-door in particular. I hear today that my local dealer, although "quoting" June delivery today is not expecting such cars to be arriving until at least September. I do not think such prospective clients would be too happy if they knew the truth. Such demand is great news for overall residual values for the RRE product.

I had expected demand to drop slightly, but there are no signs at the moment. New cars, registered from 1st March will undoubtably attract additional premiums in three weeks time.

Such demand is great news for specialist Evoque dealers such as ourselves as well as being beneficial to overall residual values for the RRE product.

Hi BMG,keep up the good work of keeping the residuals high!
