RE: Spec downgrade or web mistake? - Ezandania - 05-12-2011 02:00pm The 5-inch screen is also standard on the Pures coming to Brunei RE: Spec downgrade or web mistake? - Daglass - 05-12-2011 02:29pm Its hopefully just a temporary glitch, I certainly don't want my 8incher cut down to just 5 RE: Spec downgrade or web mistake? - Pedalpower - 05-12-2011 03:12pm i just built a spec on the UK site and the picture is the normal, large, touch screen. I cant see the smaller screen on any build i have done. Strange, everything still looks fine for me RE: Spec downgrade or web mistake? - JRL2W - 05-12-2011 03:17pm The small screen appears initially when you go to interior but reverts to the larger screen when one of the 3 leather choices is selected. Never used to do this - rather odd RE: Spec downgrade or web mistake? - Pedalpower - 05-12-2011 03:35pm nope, still cant see it at any point, very odd, i am using http://www.landrover.com/gb/en/rr/range-rover-evoque/build/ RE: Spec downgrade or web mistake? - Evoqess - 05-12-2011 09:39pm (05-12-2011 11:05am)DefLeppard Wrote: Do they think Australians are cheaper and will accept a suede like interior, whereas the UK demands leather? Weird. And yet we get Fog lights standard and UK doesn't. Id love to be a fly on the wall when those decisions were being made. Time to protest! At the prices you pay Oxford leather should be standard. Seriously! In other parts of the colonies (eg: Canada) we do get the larger screen standard (phew). The wee one is a non touch one I guess. RE: Spec downgrade or web mistake? - Mikimoto - 06-12-2011 10:29am Hi everyone! I've been learning and enjoying a lot with all the posts on the forum. In Spain it's also the one you get with a Pure unless you choose a pack, but for the firsts months the Tech Pack was mandatory, until maybe a month ago. Cheers RE: Spec downgrade or web mistake? - DefLeppard - 07-12-2011 07:43am (05-12-2011 09:39pm)Evoqess Wrote: Time to protest! At the prices you pay Oxford leather should be standard. Seriously! Yeah, don't get me started on what cars cost out here. And its virtually impossible to import privately anymore. Eg a base mode RRE (no leather, manual, no metallic paint, no 8" screen , 17" Wheels) TD4 PURE you are looking at $60,000AU. By the time you spec it up to be bareable - auto, metallic paint, leather, 18" wheels - you are looking at $70,000AU. Thats £47000 for a pretty base model car! Most Dynamics and Prestige's are listed at $100,000 to $120,000 EEECCKK! (£66,000 to £80,000 ish) RE: Spec downgrade or web mistake? - olde - 07-12-2011 11:19pm (07-12-2011 07:43am)DefLeppard Wrote: Most Dynamics and Prestige's are listed at $100,000 to $120,000 EEECCKK! Olde, we even pay more for the same car built here then exported to America as a Pontiac G8. Makes no sense |
