Pete, any chance you can have a look at this bulletin on Topix entitled "Information icon Q163 UPS 5311-3 - Transmission Control Module Reconfiguration"
and also "Information icon UPS 3311-1 - Potential Software and Vehicle Updates"
May be related?

Yes its possibile as these are ROW relevent updates of which cars may have missed out on if they were shipped before this was out.

ROW = Rest Of World spec cars, as in non EU.

So Pete, if on Topix when I look at my car it has the TCM re-flash listed under outstanding campaigns on the vehicle details screen, my car left the factory before this was picked up?

Not necessarily as Topix is sometimes not upto date with what your car has had and not had in respect of software updates and calibration changes.

Thanks, either way I suppose it's something the dealer can take care of during the PDI if not done.
