I have a Pure on order with Xenons, and i spoke to my dealers sales manager today, about these possible delays!
He called me back during the day, having checked my order with the factory and said that my build date had not changed so we were still on for delivery 17.11.11

They did call - think they read the forum ;o)
My order is pushed back about a month at the moment because of the Xenon delays.
One thing the dealer did mention is that new Pure orders could not be spec'd with Xenons (of any type) and that potentially existing Pure orders may have Xenons removed.
Not too concerned about the delay. It will keep Evoques rarer for longer...

LP Are you saying none of the Pures will have xenons, even if they have been specd with! and will be removed! surely they cant do that can they?

I would have thought they will honour all existing orders. But the wording on the note that was read to me said it was a possibility.

My dealer has now confirmed that LR are not accepting orders for Pure with Xenons.
So I cant have them.

This is not looking good from Land Rover, very bad organisation,if we are having these problems now, what problems are we gonna face later on?

My dealer has also just told me that the Xenons on exisiting Pure orders may have to be removed - that will be me looking elsewhere

Xenon delays is only for the the Pure or for the Dynamic and Prestige too ?
