I managed to speak to the dealer today, my evoque went into build on Tuesday 1st Nov!
I requested the vin number, yet to materialise!
I can see a small light at the end of the tunnel!

Sadly no light for me yet... I had high hopes a little email or call of either good or bad news might have appeared since it was my build date, but sadly it's up to me to chase again.

PhilSkill...tomorrow is another day! I know chasing the dealers on a regular basis is becoming hard work. I suppose I have been quite relaxed about the whole situation because I have been waiting for this car since RR released the first pictures of the concept car.
I hope you hear some good news tomorrow, or at least have an update.

Order placed March with estimated delivery September, in August delivery is put back to 24th November, in October it is put back to 12th January, in November I put it back to 1st March 2012 (new reg). I work with about 30 people who tell me that this is poor service from Landrover, certainly good advertising for them (not).

pre-ordered (a deposit is not very common in germany): october 2010!
delivery original: september 2011
delivery now: january, 25th 2012 !

Just got an e-mail by my german dealer. Order has pushed forward.. He could see that my Evoque will arrive in the last week of november

Per-ordered January 2011, Specified in June, delivery in Sept/Okt - then November, then Dezember, now also Jan. 25...? Nearly the same car as is21.

How long have you been waiting for mark_n ? Mine was from the March 2011 expect delivery weekend of 21 Jan 2012. I might as well move it to 1st March and get a 2012 plate
