No i'm Still waiting Chiggy. I actually contacted them yesterday with an email, which prompted him to have a look, but said and i quote..."'he can't work it out'',(he has in the past,so i don't know what this means) and that he'd get the head guy Charles Torrens to have a look, and have an undate to me this morning. i did'nt get that update, so i emailed late this arvo, and he said really sorry, but he's been out most of the day,and he would get Charles to look into it tonight, with hopefully an update tonight or definately tomorrow morning. He says when Charles looks it up,he gets a much more informed readout (3 screens of Vista info),as he is the guy that puts the orders through, and checks for all these sort of things. Fingers are crossed Chiggy. RE: Australian Deliveries - occlusion - 21-12-2011 12:59pm Got the horrible news about my Lexus trade in value, which is way too low market price and even lower than the Certified Redbook evaluation price. Looks like I will not be buying the Evoque. Good luck to those still on track buying the cars. My order will be in Sydney early January 2012, may be anyone is interested should contact Trivett Alexandria Sydney first of Jan 2012! On order Sd4,5 doors , Ferenze plus many options PS one should contact Michael Morley from Trivett Alexandria Sydney. RE: Australian Deliveries - occlusion - 21-12-2011 02:04pm I had tried to ask Trivett to value the car at least 3 months ago, was told to wait till the Evoque is confirmed. And finally it took them more than 2 weeks (after inspecting my Lexus ) to tell me the trade in value. The most important thing is the change over price! Which I have not received ! PS 2007 Lexus Ls460, 13000 km only, perfect condition for sale. Extra 3 year factory warranty till 2014. RE: Australian Deliveries - chiggy - 21-12-2011 02:27pm I'd sell it privately if I were you. I definitely won't be trading mine in - thats the last option! I have close to 2 months to sell mine - not sure what the demand for your lexus is... but I anticipate mine will go quite quickly and around the asking price I'm looking for... Dont Cancel the order mate, try and delay it till you find a buyer. you have paid the deposit so, legally they cant sell your order, if they have accepted your deposit. unless both parties agree. but if you cant be contacted for a few weeks, then it has to sit at the dealer showroom floor. I would say you should get at least between 65k to 75k for your car.. do a quick fire sale and see if you get between 65k and 70k. RE: Australian Deliveries - occlusion - 22-12-2011 01:22am Many thanks for the supports. I have just put an Ad. on Carsales try to sell my car. Let hope ! Got it!!! Finally!!! Confirmation the car has been built and indeed exists. I went in there this afternoon to get the Vista printout, with VIN number and all. I have'nt yet looked it up on Topix, but will do tonight. On my Vista printout it has the usual confusing dates, like '''Last date of order change'' 07/12/11, when this is simply untrue,as my last date of order change was infact the specification date listed 1/11/11,when i decided to order the panoramic roof. Anyway here are the dates supplied..... Order created date - 04/08/11 Sold order date - 04/08/11 Specification date -1/11/11 last date of order change - 07/12/11 Build period 1112 (i'd say this means 12 month of 2011) Accepted delivery date - 25/03/12 Accepted build date - 23/12/11 Current planned delivery date -26/02/12 Current planned build date - 21/12/11 Order last amended - 22/12/11 Factory complete date - 18/01/12 They say i should have it about late February. |
