Are these spacers purely for cosmetic reasons or are there some handling performance gains to be had? If so, do spacers put more load on the wheel bearings/affect the steering? Will they affect any warranty claims etc?

For me purely cosmetic. Spacers can help with handling and are used on race cars but I doubt the evoque will ever reach speeds to see this! Probably do add load but had them on lots of previous cars with no issues. If I sent it into LR I would probably remove them to be on the safe side. Only takes half hour.

I put 1.25" spacers on my Dynamic Coupe in the back and 15mm on the front. The coupe looks pigeon toed with the rears pokin. I love that look.

If anyone's after a full set (4) of nearly new 25mm h&r hub centric spacers mine will be available in 2/3 weeks. Bought brand new a few months ago and only covered a few 100 miles so mint with all original boxes. Pm me if Interested.

Decided I'm going aftermarket alloys so won't be required anymore.
