If you are buying an SVR think buying a couple of new tyres for your evoque shouldn't be too much of a worry

I replaced one damaged 20 inch Continental, cost something like £278 and my car needs two new ones at 27k miles which is unfortunate as it's soon to go in favour of an SVR and you can be certain that while two worn tyres will count against you come resale, two new ones will not have a corresponding beneficial effect.

SVR.... [emoji24][emoji24][emoji24].... You are killing me slowly! Congrats in advance and just let me know where you live so I can come and have a ride with u [emoji16][emoji16]

Maybe one day i can afford that beast!

Okay, I've been to the local Land Rover dealer today for a look around at their new Evoques to work out exactly what they're being delivered with. The cars there had a mix of all three tyre manufacturers available in the correct 245/45 20" size, these being Continental, Michelin and Pirelli.

Continental are ContiCrossContact UHP, 103V.
Michelin Latitude Sport, 99V.
Pirelli Scorpion Verde, 99V.

My question of whether a 99 load rating was okay or not has therefore been answered: the 103 of the OEM Continentals on my car is not the only option! Good news - I'm going for the Pirellis. Very Happy

David87 where did you get those if you don't mind me asking? I'm in the market for a new one soonish and would prefer to switch to the verdes.

Sorry, forgot to say! I got them from Camskill, although the price now seems to have gone up to £140. http://camskill.co.uk/m148b0s8066p101643/Pirelli_Tyres_All_Season_SUV_4x4_Pirelli_Scorpion_Verde_All_Season_-_245_45_R20_P_99V_TL_Fuel_Eff_%3A_C_Wet_Grip%3A_C_NoiseClass%3A_2_Noise%3A_71dB
