Interesting that LR are more worried about getting de-merits in customer surveys for SatNav/Audio than they appear to be that the vehicle has been properly prepped and checked prior to hand over! I don't know how you got hold of the document as it looks like something internal from Land Rover so it may have to be taken down.
I initially found the document by doing a Google search for heated rear seats! It was on the first page of results.

well as of MY2014 we have stop/start over here, so that must be for 2012/2013.
