I must agree the dealers really need to get a hold on customer service - Stratstone Solihull have been awful with me.

Having had some minor issues with my Evoque, I must say Guy Salmon in Ascot have been brilliant, as was Kathy Ballard at JLR Customer Services.

Try Guy Salmon Coventry not far from Solihull on the A46. Have their own bodyshop, do a lot of work for Gaydon.
