Software upgrades - Inges - 06-02-2013 11:35pm That's correct. When I collected the car it requested a code, but now it dosen't so I will enter a code tomorrow then. RE: Software upgrades - scrannel - 07-02-2013 12:59am How do you determine the current "overall software?" On the screen? (Where mine says it's 3764_120622). Thanks Software upgrades - Inges - 07-02-2013 08:08am Hold in the valet button for like 20 to 40 seconds select: software Version Info there you will find the overall software version. RE: Software upgrades - DustinDep - 07-02-2013 11:05am Did you notice any changes? Faster back up camera loading or anything? Software upgrades - Inges - 07-02-2013 01:42pm Not really, and I'm kinda curious what the updates did with the engine, display and the burner. Gonna call the dealer and see if I can get that information from them. RE: Software upgrades - tintin_57 - 09-03-2013 12:48pm Thanks for this useful thread. I checked my software version as mine is due for first service in around 2 weeks. Overall software is 3366_120109 which is what Inges version went to after it went in. Is there a later version I should be checking for when it goes in? I don't want to miss out on any improvements by not knowing what to ask for. Thanks. My build date was Feb this year & overall software version is 3782_121019. However, I have also experienced am alarm issue so be careful what you wish for ........... RE: Software upgrades - scrannel - 09-03-2013 02:04pm If your car is due for a software update, would it be listed under "Outstanding Campaigns" in TOPIx? And, are there different software versions for different markets? (Pretty sure the alarm issue is just another manifestation of the "battery issue" BTW). Did they elaborate on any issues in that list ? Passenger door module, heating/ventilation etc etc. Software upgrades - Inges - 10-03-2013 07:48am (09-03-2013 02:04pm)scrannel Wrote: If your car is due for a software update, would it be listed under "Outstanding Campaigns" in TOPIx? I didn't see any outstanding campains when I requested the upgrades, I had to tell them that I wanted them to connect my car to Topix and apply all the upgrades they found. I didn't get the printout from Topix when I had it in on service so I'm not sure if that was the engine upgrade I got. |
