That's precisely the type of scenario I was thinking of. Without this type of info we just have to trust that the service departments are doing everything correctly which would be a huge assumption to make.

I'd be interested in sharing the cost too, i've not seen the detail of info on there though, only the entries you can see as a non-paid owner.

Aren't the Terms and Conditions of Topix likely to specifically prohibit this? Otherwise what's to stop commercial customers just sharing their memberships?
