I'm also looking to fit a roof box. Never had one before so as well as the box I'll need the roof rails and bars. Anything else?
I have a 5 door with pano roof.
Not going to pay RR prices so any recommendations appreciated.

5 months in and no issues
I only use mine occasionally and didn't want the permanent rails so I've got the Thule wingbars and 754 feet with the 1663 kit - came to £170 all in and don't require the rails as they just fit on to the roof - mine fit very well and take 5 mins to put on - 2 mins to come off. They would be cheaper with the basic thule black bars or the aerobars.
I'd thoroughly recommend them as an alternative to the LR rails and bars.
There are some pics on the forum if you search for 1663.
Picking up the exodus box tomorrow so will post some pics.

That looks fine WB perhaps not as sporty as the rails but fine for what I want.
