My iPhone was the first phone I had that I got to access my emails straight out of the box - I never managed to get my Blackberry to ever download my emails for some reason, even the geeky sorts in the phone shop couldn't figure it out.
Blackberry - neat devices but needs your telecoms provider to support Blacberry Email services - and not all do. The RIM are going in more recent times it soon won't be an option anyway...
