Sorry but you're mistaken. I have it in black and white in an LR document and so do many other forum members - anyone who thinks there is no such directive is welcome to PM me and I will happily email you a copy.

I had a 2 months delay and expected to get £150 compensation. I didn't get anything. Does it come through the dealer? Has anyone else got it?

I got it via the dealer. A £150 gift voucher to spend at the local home and garden centre.
