RE: TOWBAR GUIDE as at 27/08/12 (already on version 2!) - wheels - 23-05-2016 07:46pm Mine is hidden as well and maximum load is 1800kg (in Sweden anyway). Only the rear heatshield is a bit tricky to cut correctly, otherwise its just to follow the instructionsheet RE: TOWBAR GUIDE as at 27/08/12 (already on version 2!) - JazEcoupe - 13-06-2016 02:11pm I know this is a tad expensive at $675, but I'd totally be willing to spend it to achieve this look, but what's your all thoughts on this? http://execuhitch.com/tow-hitches/land-rover-evoque-hidden-trailer-hitch-2012-current.html RE: TOWBAR GUIDE as at 27/08/12 (already on version 2!) - DVFlyer - 13-06-2016 02:52pm (13-06-2016 02:11pm)JazEcoupe Wrote: I know this is a tad expensive at $675, but I'd totally be willing to spend it to achieve this look, but what's your all thoughts on this? It's been a while since I've contacted Execuhitch, but last thing I heard from them was that they did not have an option for the Evoque. RE: TOWBAR GUIDE as at 27/08/12 (already on version 2!) - JazEcoupe - 13-06-2016 04:08pm That's why I provided the link. It states "Land Rover Evoque Hidden Trailer Hitch (2012-Current)" for $675... They've had that link for a while now (was the reason I first contacted them last year). RE: TOWBAR GUIDE as at 27/08/12 (already on version 2!) - JazEcoupe - 15-06-2016 12:41am I emailed them yesterday but have not gotten a response yet. I'll let you know. RE: TOWBAR GUIDE as at 27/08/12 (already on version 2!) - wheels - 15-06-2016 06:47pm Keep it simple stupid, doezn't really apply here RE: TOWBAR GUIDE as at 27/08/12 (already on version 2!) - JazEcoupe - 23-06-2016 12:24pm Well...still haven't gotten a response. I think I gave them plenty of time. I'll shoot them a second email, but if no response then I'll have to look at alternatives. Which would be a real shame coz I really like this hitch receiver. RE: TOWBAR GUIDE as at 27/08/12 (already on version 2!) - JazEcoupe - 29-06-2016 12:49pm Man! Now you can't even go on their website...just get errors: "Database error: Got error 28 from storage engine (1030)" ...etc. Looks like I'm going to have to keep it simple, after all (15-06-2016 06:47pm)wheels Wrote: Keep it simple stupid, doezn't really apply here |
