My original estimated date on order was third week in September. That moved to 21st October, which moved to 3rd November, which moved to 10th November, so on that basis its ahead of target!
Thanks for your good wishes. Much appreciated. I look forward to pinning up photos of the first Ipanema Sand / Black roofed Evoque in due course.

Update folks.
Phone call from Dealer - car has arrived - hand over 12 noon Friday
Can't wait. Insurance Fully Comp £500 excess AVIVA £359 not bad.

4th Dec; had an email from dealer and mine is going into production next week and should be at the dealers on the 21st Dec (I think that's 2011), so Santa Clause has done his bit for me this year.
6th Dec update, I am told it is now built and might be at the dealers next week.
Finally after Sept went to November which went to January, I then put it back to March (new reg), but just over 2 weeks is too tempting now.
Prestige SD4 with all toys, adaptive xenons & suspension, Ipanema Sand; tan/ivory interior.

Some good news spoke to dealer and he said My car should be ready for collect on the 19th Jan 2012. got me excited and happy
cant wait hope its true.
