PI lowering springs - verma - 07-02-2013 05:20pm Hi I'm thinking of lowering my pure 2WD which currently has 22 inch wheels with the PI springs, does anyone know of any issues I might face if I put them on?? RE: PI lowering springs - verma - 08-02-2013 11:16pm Bump RE: PI lowering springs - Evo-king - 08-02-2013 11:39pm I have no idea what PI springs are? Can you give us a clue. There has been talk on here about lowering, not something I would contemplate as it would screw up the magnaride. RE: PI lowering springs - IKM - 08-02-2013 11:53pm Why would you want to lower it? It's a SUV! RE: PI lowering springs - J77 - 09-02-2013 10:41am Should've bought a sports car. 2wd that's the anti Christ RE: PI lowering springs - Evo-king - 09-02-2013 03:24pm Come on guys she is only asking for some assistance and after all what a good looking 2wd car the Evoque is, especially if fitted with winter tyres. RE: PI lowering springs - verma - 09-02-2013 04:04pm So how many people use their range rovers off road then lol! I'm into modifying cars/SUV's and only bought the evoque because IMO it has potential to look alot better and plus it's better than my previous M3 on MPG PI springs are an alternative to eibachs - http://www.europerformance.co.uk/pages/products/category_results.mhtml?category=eibachprokitsprings;car=rangeroverevoque;manufacturer=eibac;sub_category=1 RE: PI lowering springs - Evo-king - 09-02-2013 04:12pm I must be going daft because I have read a post from someone who has done this, just can't find it. RE: PI lowering springs - scrannel - 09-02-2013 04:17pm I know the look you're after, verma. Not an uncommon mod in the states, in general, but have never seen on an Evoque. I don't know much about PI, but have seen some mixed reviews. Eibach seems to have a solid rep, though I can't say myself nor which is more costly. There's a company over here that sells H&R (German), but they actually raise the car about an inch +. http://aktivperformance.wordpress.com/2012/01/31/range-rover-evoque-eibach-lowering-springs/ RE: PI lowering springs - verma - 09-02-2013 04:21pm Was it someone called jos? I know there are 3 companies that do them, eibach, H&R and PI Also about the same price, thanks for the link BTW. |
