In the second video there is no heated seats. The heated seat buttons are blanks. I have been wondering what it would look like as heated seats are not standard in Australia. I would assume that the two dials would adjust the temperature on the climate control.

Yes, the two dials adjust temo for the left and right zone whether you have heated seats or not.

The interior seems quite noisy in the second video...

Not the best audio anyway. I noticed his voice sounds different with every scene cut, and he seems to switch from handheld mic to camera mic as well. Not a good video to evaluate the noise imo.
