Adjust your seat and mirrors, press 'mem' then whatever number you will use and you get a 'bong' to let you know it has been memorised. Then, put the seat and mirror to different positions and press the same number you chose when setting the memory. They should then return to the previous set position. At least that's how it worked on my FL2! Not getting my Evoque until Friday but I don't think they'll operate different from that.
