This is our first LR. Our local dealer does not supply a LR courtesy vehicle. They use Enterprise Car Rental loaner vehicle. Is this normal for LR in the US? Long story about when I purchased my new Evoque, but we were under the impression that we would get a LR as a loaner - I'd be happy with an LR2. Service has been good, but other dealers like Lexus, BMW, Audi, Mercedes, etc. all give loaners of their own makes/models - no rental car carrier. I'm just curious as to what other customers in the US have experienced.
I also got a loaner from Enterprise but it was a XF on all the occasion except when got there late. They gave me a Jeep compass which was a pile of horse manure.
I don't know if you are still interested, but my local dealer does supply a LR courtesy vehicle - in fact, most of their loaner cars are Evoques. They actually will bring the loaner to you, pick up yours, and then bring it back to you when service is completed. I have not yet used this as I just ordered my car, but this is what I was expressly told and shown.
Depends on the Dealer - but LR Corporate needs to set higher standards for sure.
My dealer supplies LR (mostly Evoque) loaners.
My dealer supplies a bike for free. All the rest has to be paid...
Harwoods in Croydon have Evoques and the new Disco as courtesey cars. Most Indys don't give you a loan car but are a lot cheaper.
I've only been given a LR loaner twice during my service visits. I appreciate the loaner either way but it's typically been an Enterprise rental car.
A few years ago, I was given a V8 sport as a loner when my Audi Q7 went in for some work!
I usually get a LR or a Jag from my dealer.
