Cleaned my car at the weekend, I noticed on inside of the rear side windows, there is a small diagonal tab on the top part of window.

It must have a function but I've no idea what it is, not sure if it would be there on a five door model.

Any ideas.
x2 ?
Can you put a photo up?
Not sure I know what you're talking about (and I have the coupe)
Do you mean these tags?

(Even if you say yes, I'm not sure what they're for!)

Ah, is that just black printing on the window??

In which case mine has a something stuck to it with (what look like) heater lines or aerial lines coming out and all over the glass.

So I suspect it's common glass printing for use with whatever is stuck on mine!!
TV aerial.
You can connect of these connection points for a aftermarket TV unit.
i think it's the blind spot monitoring...
I thought the BSM used the rear bumper sensors?
Yes that's the ones.

They are not there by accident, and affect the line of the window, so they clearly have some function, but they are small.

I thought the sensors were in the actual wing mirrors.
