Once I lock my car I can see a blinking round red light under in the dashboard under the speed meter. Is this a security feature?
I don't have any theft alarm installed just have a very Basic Pure but was wondering if anyone has seen it or know what the light was for.
Usually means the immobiliser is active, havent noticed it though.
I have it too, i think the manual said its to indicate the alarm is active, if you haven't got an alarm its probably the immobiliser or to make it look like there is an alarm.
As far as i am aware all Evoques come with a factory fit alarm and immobiliser. the flashing light indicates that the alarm/immobilser is active
