one of my lines has gone from the display, any ideas?

I can only imagine that it's on a different setting? or needs reselecting?
Touch and hold the camera screen and reselect the top option.
Beyond that, i'd send it back to the dealer

Are you close to the edge of a cliff?

Have you changed it in the settings to the tow hitch assist ?
