Link is not working.
Did you place it in the message via the hyperlink box?
Cheers
Go into autocar, news articles then search by make/model etc, I think Big g is referring to the Evoque delays stories.

I can't grab a hyperlink for that page.

Isn't this an old story that has already been posted here?

That's what I thought, both autocar and autoexpress did similar features.

Wouldn't it be great if the did a feature saying backlog caught up.

Yes, but that would be lying. I may not like my situation but it's not as bad as that of people who have paid their deposit and have not even had their car ordered from the factory yet.

Until people start walking away and demanding their deposits back, Land Rover and the lazy dealers will continue in their slovenly arrogant ways. They have short memories. Remember how they were hurting in 2008/2009?
Don't you just simply wonder whats the breakdown of the Evoques supply worldwide? My dealer (only one dealership here) will only lock my order in December 2011 (for the Jan 2012 quota) with an expected delivery of March 2012. And in addition to that, only 3 units are coming in through that quota.

I do still pity those here whom have set down their deposits in Q1/Q2 2011, and still yet to receive delivery. Somehow, as I read this forum, our American/Canadian friends seem to be in better luck in getting theirs - must be a big initial shipment Stateside, or the fact that the Evoque faces much stiffer competition in terms of sales over there.
