Think Dealer know exactly what he say - Evoque is aimed at a new sector of the market not the traditional RR/LR owner although it does appeal to them as well. The new sector are more interested in mpg, CO2 and looks than they are in offroad capability. Hence the comment that in London there is a bigger demand for 2 wheel drive.
@rchdleigh - I was referring to comment re removal of xenons from Prestige and Dynamic.

I too was referring to the headlamp comment Smile

In relation to the 2wd situation, i fully agree with Phil, i think it is going to establish itself as a model in its own right, and from what the London sales guy said its going to be extremely popular. Bearing in mind 90% of all current cars on the road are prob 2wd, why would anyone not want the same fuel economy, tax bracket etc with the styling and quality of a RR Very Happy
