Long time no post Shocked
Ironically, 7? years ago I posted up about a window issue, it was the reset of the one-touch.
as of Sunday, I've got a new odd issue, where the window doesn't one-touch... but also doesn't move down or up in a continuous movement.
it moves an inch, then stops and needs me to release and re-press.
both directions are the same.
the one-touch reset has no effect.
Any ideas?!

Hi, Have heard of it before, my guess is the anti trap device is stopping the movement

Looks like 1 was solved with a new motor!

Ok, let me call the dealer and evaluate the damage Banging Head
£250 (fitted) - £100 + VAT for the motor, £100 + VAT for the fitting Neutral
Ok, fixed (motor replacement).
£220 in the end.
