This is probably the stupidest question that anyone has asked but here goes. How do you watch a dvd? The dvd plays fine but switches off after about 5 minutes or so. The only way to keep the thing running is to keep starting the engine. Surely this can't be right - DVDs can't burn that much power surely? I can watch a couple of DVD's in my van with the ignition on auxiliary. This has a much smaller battery that the evoke.

Thanks for any advice people can give.
It’s pretty standard on most modern LR's. There are a lot of electrically dependent systems on them that give out all sorts of faults with a low battery. Your van probably doesn’t have as much.

steve is correct, afraid most modern car power switches off after a few minutes. Sad
