iPhone 4s iOS6 and Podcasts app

Hi

Has anyone noticed since Apple moved Podcasts out of 'Music' and into their own 'Podcasts' app, that when in the Evoque, some podcasts are listed under the Podcasts menu selection (as we would expect) but others appear as albums? I subscribe to around 8 podcasts currently but only 2 of them show under 'podcasts' when in the car.

Hopefully I am not on my own with this one.
