tyre valves
Bought some aftermarket dust caps
warning on the dash came up front right low
went to undo the dust caps only to find they had corroded resulting in a snapped valve
they have sensors on the valves so it is a visit to the stealers on Tuesday
needless to say black plastic ones are now on

RE: tyre valves
I was warned by Aston Martin several years ago and subsequently by Jaguar not to use metal caps on these valves as corrosion and sticking was highly lightly.
