help with removing headlamp bulbs

Upgrading standard bulbs to HID KIT, the original bulbs should turn to the left to remove but they are really tight.

Any hints/tips of removing these, I don't want to use tools or excessive force and damage anything.

should just turn anticlockwise by hand.

All done, just needed to get a good grip on it and turn.
