differences between oem and ebay roofrack & crossbars

curious....anybody able to confirm if there are any differences between the oem roof racks and crossbars vs ebay roof racks and crossbars for the evoque?

apart that the ebay ones are cheaper, made in china, and has no logo, what else is different?

im wondering if the oem racks are made in china, because the evoque's glass roof and side glass are made there. if its the same factory doing the ebay ones, i wouldnt mind the missing logo as long as the quality is the same.
