Wing Mirrors

Does anyone know a good cheap way I can change or cover my wing mirrors from white to black?

In my normal driving position, I find the drivers wing mirror doesn't open out far enough to allow mirror glass adjustment to view quite wide enough to cover slight blind spot. (I've tried std adjustment of mirror glass) So is there anyway to adjust the actual wing mirror to turn out further, either DIY or Dealer adjustment?

64 Dynamic Sd4 Auto 5dr, White / Black roof, Black Pack, Panoramic Roof, Privacy Glass, Powered Tailgate, 20” Gloss Black wheels etc
