RE: Why did you choose the Evoque?

We were looking for a larger family car to replace our Fiat Bravo, and were looking at the ASX, but it was joint LR Mitsubishi dealer, and started talking about the Evoque. Saw a couple of reviews and decided too splash out. Luckyily I also got a new Job in the summer, which meant it was now in my price range, so that clinched it.

RE: Why did you choose the Evoque?

Was looking to replace the Mazda... (ok I kept it since value/trade in was Rolling with Laughter )
Top of my list was the Jag XF 2.2 diesel but really wanted something that could let me leave my house when the snow falls, e.g. no rubber band thin tyres, 4wd preferable.

Looked at Toyota's, Honda's, Volvo XC60, VW's, Ford Kuga (what a poor interior! YUK! ), Freelander2 then came across the LRX/Evoque just as LR was preparing to release the prices.

When prices were released the Pure was simply a no brainer it trumps all competition comprehensively so deposit went in, after Evoque Live I speced up to a Dynamic and put in the order! Smile

i would take that 93% figure with a llorry load of salt. The xc60 is hardly bad residual wise, it actually features in an article in the telegraph motors section today about cars with best residuals.
