RE: Who to use for insurance?

Hi Mikey,
I originally went to LR Ripon but found them to be intolerably unhelpful. Didnt seem in the least interested in selling me an Evoque. So I moved to Armstrong Massey in York, who have been brilliant. The Detailer Im using is Adam at Finest Detail (http://www.finestdetail.co.uk)

RE: Who to use for insurance?

Hi,
Just to clarify on my comment about LV above. I have today had a chat with them using their online chat:
Section of transcript below:

---------------------------------------------
Peter: The vehicle will be new and I will be taking delivery next month. It will have a factory fitted glass panoramic roof and I am getting conflicting reports on your cover
Peter Sweet: some of your existing customers who have these are saying the roof is covered under your glass policy
Zoe: This will be covered as it is a factory fitted option this does not need to be noted as a modification
