Which Side Steps/Running Boards To Fit

Has anyone fitted these to a 3 door Dynamic, if so where from, and rough costing.
Most seem to fit only the Pure and Prestige... any help/pointers greatly appreciated

I fitted mine to my 5 door Dynamic, dont think door count makes a difference. Guy on the other forum sells them but quite expensive with shipping, or a well know auction site has them....
