No affiliated with this site in any way but they seem to have a fair range of mounts for phones etc

The passenger rests their device on the lower lip of dashboard, directly in front of them. However, the driver may need this mount see here for more images.

   

It has a 3M sticky panel that, if kept clean, holds down the device so it does not launch when breaking. It also has a USB-power output.
